The apartment consists of one large living area with kitchen, full oven and hob. An office area with desk, lounge with sofa, TV (French TV) A utility room with washing machine, fridge-freezer & WC. Floor to double height ceiling windows with view of the quai and Sete beyond.
A flight of stairs takes you to the double bedroom (king size bed) and shower room with WC.
Practical stuff:
We require a breakage deposit of Euro500 before or on arrival. Sorry no smoking, no pets or under 25's. Linen and towels included. Electricity at cost.
